Place your sugar of choice* into your vessel, a food processor, Thermomix, Kitchenaid or stand mixer or just a plain bowl
3 cups Sugar
Add your molasses to the top, try not to get it on the blades if you are using a food processor/Thermomix.
3 Tbsp Molasses
Mix on speed 4 in your Thermomix or equivalent**, and keep going until the molasses is evenly distributed through the sugar grains.
Notes
*We use almost exclusively raw sugar in our household, it already has a little molasses left on it compared to white or caster sugar, being that I have a Thermomix and a Tribest Personal Blender, if I want to make caster or icing sugar, I can just grind my raw sugar down for that purpose.**Sometimes if I am doing a smaller amount for a meat rub or something, I just do it in a small bowl and use my fingers to rub it through the grains, a bit like you rub butter through flour for pastry.
